[v2,0/7] ether: improvements and optimizations

  This is a collection of patches around the ethernet address
manipulation routines in librte_net/rte_ether.

This does not include the prefixing of the ether_address
which is still under review.

v2 incorporates feedback and Bruce's alignement patch
