It mainly includes:\n- Enable building libraries on Windows that TestPMD depends on\n- Enable building testpmd on Windows\n- Resolve name collisions with Windows types\n- Add clock_gettime_monotic for testpmd on Windows\n- Make printf format work for both Linux and Windows\n- Add missing macros\n- Add missing IPPROTO_RAW to in.h\n- Replace htons with RTE_BE16\n- Replace inet_aton with inet_pton\n- Fix parse_fec_mode to return fec_capa to remove compilation warning\n- ...\n\nIssue under active investigation:\n- Recent DPDK upstream change \"eal: detach memsegs on cleanup\" exposed\n failure at eal exit with \"EAL: Could not unmap memory: No Error\".\n Investigating KERNELBASE!UnmapViewOfFile. The issue will cause system\n crash. Currently temporarily remove cleanup at exit on Windows.\n Will revert after issue root caused and fixed\n\nFuture work:\n- Some issues discovered at validation need further investigations\n * Perf inconsistency: TPUT fluctuated significantly from runs\n * After traffic stop, port stats shows pps being 0 while bps not\n * mempool allocation only succeed with native.
