[V3,0/2] optimization testplan and split packed ring

  1.Optimization format and modify re-launch 5 times in testplan.
2.As the packed ring not support reconnect from the back-end side,
but support reconnect from the front front-end side, so split the
packed ring case to 2 cases reconnect from back-end and front-end.
