[V2,0/2] adjust testplan's format and split packed

  1.Adjust testplan's format.
2.As the packed ring not support reconnect from the back-end side,
but support reconnect from the front front-end side, so split the 
packed ring case to 2 cases reconnect from back-end and front-end.
