When start multi apps, if one as primary, another as secondary, we need use the same prefix to start.

v2:
Fix world spelling errors.

Fix world spelling errors and remove print logs code.

Add import os module.

Hi, Ling, Wei,
Zhou, Jun has up streamed the patch to fix this issue in framework/dut, 
So you do not have to fix it in suite.
