It looks like Rahul left Chelsio (at least, his mail address is
rejected).
Remove him from the maintainers, which makes this driver an orphan.

As we have no other contact than Rahul, I am contacting you as you
maintain ethernet drivers in the Linux kernel for the same nics.

Do you know if Rahul is still working on DPDK? If not, do you know who
takes over his maintainer job for the net/cxgbe DPDK driver?

Hi David,
Sorry for the delayed response. Rahul and Raju are no longer working Chelsio. 
Currently, I am the cxgb maintainer. While we are looking for the replacemnt 
DPDK maintainer, I(bharat@chelsio.com) can be the interim maintainer for DPDK.
