  - Move "Supported ENA adapters" section to top
- Move "Supported features" section up
- Rename "Configuration information" section to "Configuration"
- Convert paragraphs to subsections under "Configuration"
  - Rename "Runtime Configuration Parameters" to
    "Runtime Configuration" section.
