[v3,0/8] cryptodev: support encrypted-digest use-cases

  This patchset adds support for digest appended
and encrypted auth-cipher operations on QAT, API
clarification and extension with dedicated
feature flag and a set of tests for KASUMI and
SNOW3G in-place, out-of-place and SGL using
operations.
