After call, we didn't need to add PMD_DEBUG_TRACE() any more. For few cases like: PMD_DEBUG_TRACE("set VF rate limit:invalid port id=%d\n", port_id); We can call the function with secondary param set to "0", and add the trace log after the function called, just as before.
