Hi Min Zhou,

Will Bibi be responsible for maintaining the Loongarch CI testing going
forward, or are you retaining that responsibility? Thanks.

Hi Patrick Robb,

Yes, Bibo will also be responsible for maintaining the LoongArch CI 
testing going forward.
