    "content": "This commit replaces rte_rand()'s use of lrand48() with a DPDK-native\ncombined Linear Feedback Shift Register (LFSR) (also known as\nTausworthe) pseudo-number generator, with four sequences.\n\nThis generator is faster and produces better quality random numbers\nthan libc's lrand48() implementation.
