The implemented features are removed from the roadmap.
The remaining ones are postponed to 24.11.
Dates of the next cycle were discussed in maintainers meeting.
Below are the intervals in weeks with guidelines in second position:
proposal deadline: 5 / 4
rc1 - API freeze: 4 / 7
rc2 - PMD features freeze: 3 / 3
rc3 - app features freeze: 1 / 1
rc4 - more fixes: 1 / 1
rc5 - last chance buffer: 1 / 1
release: 0.5
