This execution state contains a superset of previous\narmv7 32-bit instructions and features. Thus the aarch32 build is distinct\nfrom arvm7 build.\n\nv4:\nRemoved disabled drivers which actually build on arm32.\nAlso tested the patchset with series 9609 which fixes underlying failures.\n\nv5:\nChanged the condition for running test-null.sh in ci.\nRe-uploaded after underlying fixes have been committed.\n\nv6:\nChanged the condition for running test-null.sh again.\nReworked the patch to do aarch32 build instead of arvm7-a build.\nSimplified meson build flags.
