Memory needs\nto be reinitialized, hugetables need to warm up etc.\n\nChanged from\n\nv1:\nFix checkpatch warnings\n\nv2:\nrebase to most recent DPDK.\n\nGraham Whyte (1):\n  eal: fixes for re-initialization issues\n\nSinan Kaya (6):\n  tailq: skip init if already initialized\n  eal_memzone: bail out on initialized\n  memseg: init once\n  eal_memory: skip initialization\n  eal_interrupts: don't reinitialize threads\n  eal: initialize worker threads once\n\n lib/eal/common/eal_common_memory.c  |  5 +++\n lib/eal/common/eal_common_memzone.c |  7 ++++\n lib/eal/common/eal_common_options.c |  7 ++++\n lib/eal/common/eal_common_tailqs.c  | 20 +++++----\n lib/eal/common/malloc_heap.c        |  7 ++++\n lib/eal/linux/eal.c                 | 64 ++++++++++++++++-------------\n lib/eal/linux/eal_interrupts.c      |  7 ++++\n lib/eal/linux/eal_memory.c          | 12 +++++-\n 8 files changed, 92 insertions(+), 37 deletions(-)"
